Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to head the Director of Staff Development Office. Must be DSD Certified and Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Tasks will include:

-Daily Training and Education for all employees in house all shifts

-Detail oriented goal setting for all Certified Nursing Aid's

-Scheduling and task duties for all Certified Nursing Aid's

-Nursing Hours Calculations

-On the floor observations

-Filling in when necessary to cover Licensed Shifts

-Leading by example with customer service for all residents

-Orientation and training for all new hires

-Records keeping for all employees

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: From $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and goals
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and partners
- Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives
- Write grant proposals and manage the grant application process
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and timely donor communications
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising efforts
- Monitor and report on fundraising progress, including tracking revenue and expenses

```Experience```

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising or development
- Proven track record of successfully meeting fundraising goals
- Strong knowledge of medical records, patient care, anatomy, HIPAA regulations, and medical terminology
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including hospitals, home care, and nursing homes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including donors, board members, and community partners
- Proficient in using donor management software and other relevant technology tools

Pay: From $87,500.00 per year
