JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides Project Management Senior leadership and support across multiple Clinical sites and/or single large, strategically growing Clinical sites, and/or multi functions. The Director, Clinical Project Management will focus on ensuring Industry Leading Customer Experience, high quality supplies and year-on-year Clinical service growth is met. Select, supervise, empower, coach, develop, and retain a team of qualified individuals focusing on providing the industry's leading customer experience in a harmonized "One PCI" approach including: Global Program Manager (s), Senior Manager(s), Project Management, Senior/Clinical Project Manager(s), Senior/Clinical Distribution Project Manager(s), Associate Project Manager(s), and Clinical Project Administrator while partnering with Quality to ensure that PCI delivers quality products, on time and in full. Drives project success through active leadership to provide PCI a competitive advantage in long-term customer management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides Project Management Senior leadership and support across multiple Clinical sites and/or single large, strategically growing Clinical sites, and/or multi functions.
- Responsible for ensuring a harmonized Project Management approach is utilized across all managing sites. Responsible for operationalizing current digital tools as well as leading the onboarding and change management of future Project Management tools.
- Continued use and focus on the Clinical Client scorecard to drive improvement opportunity and create governance structures to ensure our "Top 10" Clients are provided the highest level of service. Report status at Clinical Alignment Meetings.
- Ensure team financial performance goals are met ensuring annual budget is met and driving and providing continuous feedback on monthly forecast. Manage expenses to meet approved budget while achieving departmental commitments and project objectives. Provide recommendations for Capital Expenditures and budget spending when appropriate. Develop and present monthly financial metrics to drive improvement on forecasting and invoicing.
- Collaborate with the Global Clinical Business Development team to ensure seamless communication with the customer, including working with them on future and existing business growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Global Program Managers to ensure value and sustained KPIs are met for strategic Clinical Clients and Clients feel they have an internal advocate within PCI.
- Work with Global Program Managers to define and establish a highly effective Relationship Management Team (RMT) which includes an executive sponsor and various global steering committee members from all business segments to enable RMT to successfully manage key Clinical Client accounts based on the following OnePCI guiding principles:
- Working collaboratively, through shared goals and values, PCI Clinical Services will offer our key accounts an integrated service, patient focussed and innovative supply chain/business solutions, as well as mutual access to thought leadership in exchange for meaningful and profitable long term revenue.
- Play a crucial role in key account and strategic Client relationships and internal project success to provide PCI a competitive advantage in long-term customer management utilizing the following differentiators: Global capacity, unparalleled customer service, digital tools, innovate solutions, standardized approach across the globe and direct access to leadership.
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve a Global PCI Clinical Project Management brand and way of working that is seamless across all Clinical Sites liaising with Director (s), Project Management across the Global network.
- Creating a Global, harmonized approach which is followed across all PCI Clinical sites and enables Clients to get the "OnePCI" experience with focus on service levels, communication and soft skills.
- Promote and support leaders, establishing a culture obsessed on customers and focused on providing the industry's leading customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 7-10 years related experience and/or training.
- College Level Mathematical Skills
- Advanced Computer Skills: Ability to perform the most complex computer tasks and operate various computer programs.
- Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
- Highest Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems and deal with nonverbal symbolism in its most difficult phases while dealing with concrete/abstract variables.

The base salary range for this position is $136,240.to $187,330. plus annual performance bonus eligibility. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including and not limited to specific and relevant experience, credentials, geography and subject matter expertise.
