The Bair Foundation is looking for a Vice President to oversee our Texas and New Mexico offices.

The Bair Foundation is a leading treatment foster care agency that was founded in 1967 and has been nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation since 2002. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for working with at-risk youth and families. Our team consists of dedicated and committed staff members who go above and beyond to ensure our children and families are getting the best care and services. This position must be based out of one of the following offices: Dallas, San Antonio, Amarillo, Harlingen, Lubbock, or Tyler.

Essential Functions:

  • Assures the implementation of programs, regulations, policies, and procedures for all offices supervised.
  • Provides direct supervision to state directors, local directors, quality assurance personnel, administrative assistant and others as assigned.
  • Assists with the preparation of annual budgets for states/offices supervised.
  • Oversight of risk management which identifies and analyzes the nature, severity, and frequency of risks. Ensures plans to mitigate risk are implemented and monitored.
  • Follows federal regulations governing compliance and ensures that states/offices adherence to the compliance policy.
  • Ensures states/offices assigned are meeting PQI (performance quality improvement) and growth goals.
  • Responsible for HIPAA compliance where applicable.

Job Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LMFT, or LPC or independent license preferred but not required.
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Five years of experience in child welfare.
  • Three years of supervisory experience managing multiple programs and locations.
  • Knowledge of regulations and laws applicable to private youth agencies.
  • Must be available to travel to designated states/offices.
