Christian Care Communities is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Wellness Director to join our team at our Fort Worth location. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating and implementing a comprehensive wellness program that promotes physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee a variety of engaging wellness programs and activities tailored to the residents' needs and interests.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to resident care.
• Foster an environment that encourages healthy habits and promotes resident independence.
• Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in senior wellness.
• Oversee the wellness staff and volunteers.
• Track and report on program outcomes and resident progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Gerontology, Health Promotion, or Exercise Science (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in senior living or a related healthcare setting.
• Proven ability to develop and implement creative wellness programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong commitment to resident-centered care and a passion for serving seniors.
