Responsibilities:
Partners with internal customers to analyze organizational structures and HR needs to improve employee practices and HR compliance. Provides support by actively participating as a working contributor on addressing inquiries or requests fielded from management and staff. Serves as a point of escalation for employees to resolve issues or direct to the correct channels.

- Advises and coaches client managers and executives on methodologies to drive workforce planning and performance via talent management, employee engagement, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
- Establishes and maintains partner collaborative relationships with assigned clients and stakeholders. Works closely with managers and executives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Generates and analyzes HR metrics and reports, identify trends, issues and outcomes. Conducts root cause analysis and communicates trends and cause to leaders.
- Manages and investigates employee relations issues including objective reporting on findings and recommendations.
- Collaborates with and serves as liaison to the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to provide effective HR solutions to problems, plan and implement relevant initiatives, build organizational effectiveness, and high employee engagement.
- Monitors customer satisfaction and is regarded as accessible by clients. Meets customer needs and provides excellent results.
- Aids with the internal grievance process through problem review and resolution.
- Conducts confidential investigations related to possible employee relations, EEO, Security, Safety, and other policy violations.
Qualifications:
Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field, required.
Certifications: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SHRM SCP, preferred.
Skills:
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and facilitation skills with the ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with business leaders and HR peers.
- Strong project management skills and ability to create and work against a timeline.
- Must be able to manage competing demands and multiple tasks, prioritizing as needed.
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills and be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to maintain confidence, lead thorough employee relations investigations, and positively influence and enhance employee and management relations.
Experience: Three years of human resources experience, required.
