Full Job Description

Position Summary The Manager, Human Resources will successfully implement the organization’s Human Resources processes including but not limited to onboarding new hires, offboarding departing employees, processing status changes, and processing additional HR transactions including employment verification process, scheduling trainings within Paychex (our HRIS), and supporting culture committee initiatives. They will also serve as the lead on set-up and administration of Paychex, ensuring the system is set-up in a way that responds to compliance and reporting needs, as well as maintain NKFM’s employee records, ensuring these are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with local, state, and national laws and regulations. This position will monitor and maintain the organization's HR compliance obligations, conducting audits as needed, create and collaborate on cross-team and departmental workflows, and assess and reimagine current HR and personnel policies and processes utilizing sector best practices and feedback from within the organization to inform decisions. The Manager, Human Resources will support the recruitment and benefits administration process in partnership with the Director, Employee Experience. This position works closely with senior leaders within the organization. They provide operational, consultative, and problem-solving leadership and support as they engage across the organization and develop, execute, and manage operations, strategies, and programs that respond to a growing organization.
