The Faculty-Student Association of Broome Community College, Inc. ("F-SA"), is a financially self-supporting corporation designed to provide a variety of auxiliary services and financial assistance for the benefit of the College community. The goal of the F-SA is to provide the very best auxiliary services and comprehensive financial support possible.
In direct support of the goals and mission of SUNY Broome Community College (the "College"), the Faculty-Student Association of Broome Community College, Inc. ("F-SA"), Director of Auxiliary Programs and Services serves as the primary liaison between the College and auxiliary services entities and contracted vendors. The incumbent is responsible for the administration and oversight of all auxiliary services and F-SA activities and operations, which includes the provision of food service, bookstore, child care, vending, housing, student activities and athletics, in addition to coordinating the F-SA Board activities.
These programs and services have a significant impact on and influence service delivery to the entire college community. The hands-on approach combined with a creative and innovative mindset, in collaboration with Administration and Finance, is intended to enhance the student experience and service delivery to the college community.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The Director of the F-SA Auxiliary Programs and Services reports to the Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, with a strong collaborative working relationship with the Assistant Controller of Finance.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or another related field from an accredited college or university is required.
A minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible experience in auxiliary management, small business, human resources and/or retail professions is required.

Additional Information:
The salary for this position is $61,191.
Offers of employment will be conditional based upon the results of a satisfactory, required pre-employment Standard Background Check.
