Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and goals
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners
- Identify and pursue grant opportunities to secure funding for projects and programs
- Plan and execute fundraising events, including donor appreciation events and galas
- Manage donor databases and ensure accurate and timely record keeping
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling fundraising materials and campaigns
- Oversee volunteer management, including recruitment, training, and recognition
- Utilize WordPress or other content management systems to update and maintain the organization's website
- Manage social media platforms to engage with supporters and promote fundraising initiatives

Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate law, or related areas
- Experience in nonprofit management or development preferred
- Proven track record in successful fundraising efforts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using WordPress or similar content management systems
- Familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,397.00 - $71,292.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Fundraising: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Baltimore, MD 21218: Relocate before starting work (Required)
