Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday - Friday, 8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m., 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $53,322 - $112,013 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.
Benefits Category: Partial benefits
Position Summary: Teach the equivalent of 15 credit hours per semester in Business Administration. Perform other duties expected of full-time faculty, including maintaining scheduled office hours; developing and revising curriculum; developing and implementing course and program assessment of student learning outcomes; developing and maintaining relationships with industry and academic partners; participating in college, division, and department meetings; serving on committees; recruiting students; and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience teaching in face to face, online, and/or blending learning environments
- MBA or Masters degree in Management, Human Resources, Management Sciences, Decision Sciences, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field
- Minimum of three years relevant work experience
- Minimum two years teaching experience, delivering courses online and face-to-face
- Ability to teach a variety of business courses as demonstrated by professional experience or prior teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- A sensitivity to, and understanding of, the diverse academic, socio-economic, cultural, ethnic, and abilities backgrounds of community college students
- Demonstrated creative and innovative approaches to teaching and student learning
- Demonstrated professional development activities
- Professional experience in either Data Analytics, International Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Entrepreneurship or Small Business Management
