- Be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution and delivery of strategic programs in support of building an enterprise-wide strategic digital transformation organization.
- Own the execution of strategic programs with a focus on ensuring that the team is driving towards the best outcomes for our company.
- Partner closely with the cross functional stakeholders to communicate program objectives, process and changes. This includes managing expectations and addressing concerns.
- Create presentations and reports to communicate program/project status to stakeholders, key project participants and executive sponsors.
- Develop and maintain program plans, dependencies, identify resource needs, balance project schedules and program budgets.
- Identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and developing mitigation strategies to manage them throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead communication with program team members and partners on progress, dependencies and risks.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and ensure value is delivered to the organization.
- Analyze shifting priorities to direct and delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise.
- Utilize leadership skills and use strong business acumen to keep the program project team focused on the end goal.
- Identify, document and assist in resolving risks, dependencies, decisions and issues related to a project
- Schedule and facilitate program meetings, document meeting notes, and key takeaways to keep team organized
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to drive process improvements.
- Assist Enterprise Business Architecture by supporting project intake process, educating project teams on defined Program Standards and utilizing Project Management tools.
- Identify impacts to business/staff groups and plan strategies for keeping them informed.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and “lessons learned” to refine processes and identify gaps.
- Partnering very closely with Business Analysts during projects to execute deliverables.
- Perform other duties as they are assigned by management.

- Extensive problem-solving program and project management experience, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices (i.e. Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, Iterative, DACI)
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes, and articulating and enforcing best practices
- Demonstrated ability to remove risks whether technical or administrative.
- Experience with programs with multiple projects with organization wide stakeholders and dependencies between workstreams.
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- General knowledge of IT, DevOps, and Development processes
- Experience with cloud-based hosting platforms and version control tools (i.e. Salesforce, Netsuite)
- Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in project management tools and software (i.e. Smartsheets, JIRA)
- Ability to work effectively and multi-task in a fast paced, high energy, team-oriented environment
- Undergraduate degree in Business Management, Psychology, Information Technology or a related field is a plus
- 2 year's experience in managing complex Program Management, Project Management, Product Management, Business Analysis or comparable experience.
- Prosci, CM, or Project Management Industry Certification is a plus
- Proficient in systems such as Smartsheet, Jira, Mural, Lucidchart, Excel, PowerPoint desired
- Minimal weekend & evening work required dependent on projects overseeing
- Minimal travel based on related projects and department meetings (~5%)
- Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
- Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
- Average salary range is 90K-113K, open to further discussion based on geography.
