- Proficiency in student information and customer relationship management systems (including Salesforce and TargetX).
- Strong interpersonal, project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with international education and understanding of the graduate enrollment lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid passport, willingness to travel internationally, valid driver’s license, and access to an operational vehicle.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in identifying graduate programs for international markets.
- Strong understanding of trends in international graduate student recruitment.
- Experience and comfort with international recruitment overseas.

- Maintain and manage international recruitment agent relationships, including training agents on UNH processes and providing regular updates.
- Oversee the agent billing process in collaboration with Student Financial Services.
- Provide reports on the yield of students from agents for graduate programs in SalesforceCRM.

- Provide reports on UNH graduate enrollment data and global trends to inform graduate recruitment strategies.

- Represent UNH at international recruitment fairs, international recruitment agent visits, conferences, and university visits internationally to promote graduate programs.
- Conduct virtual sessions for prospective international graduate students when not traveling.
- Develop travel schedule for fall and spring graduate cycles in coordination with the international recruitment team, graduate school, and undergraduate admissions.
Duty/Responsibility
- Coordinate the development and implementation of email communication plans specific to international graduate recruitment.
- Offer communication channels through WhatsApp for engagement and yield efforts.
- Identify channels which attract a high number of successful applicants.
- Propose and develop marketing strategies to promote these programs in targeted international markets in coordination with CPA.
- Cross departmental collaboration on marketing, recruitment, and yield.

- Collaborate with the broader admissions team to support department initiatives.
- Participate in cross-training for event support, application review, and communicating with prospective students as needed.
